1. Overview
ROB0MANIAC TECH LLP is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and structured refund process for our STEM education programs, summer camps, and workshops.
2. Course and Camp Cancellations
Refunds for tuition and enrollment fees are evaluated based on the timeline of the cancellation request relative to the program start date. If a cancellation request is received more than 7 days before the start date, a 100% refund will be issued, minus a 5% processing fee. If the request is made 1 to 7 days before the start date, a 50% refund will be provided. Requests made on or after the start date are not eligible for any refund.
3. Hardware and Robotics Kits
Defective Items: If a physical kit or component provided by us is defective, it must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the defective parts at no additional cost.
Returns: Unopened and unused kits may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs. Opened or used kits are strictly non-refundable due to the sensitive nature of electronic components.
4. Cancellations by Robomaniac
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class, camp, or workshop due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered a full 100% refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future batch.
5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please email our support team at info@robomaniac.in. Include your full name, the student's name, the course or batch details, and the reason for the cancellation.
